So because people with no discipline litter, You want to close plastic businesses.

#1 is meaningless to regular people, #3 does not tackle the real priority which is slowing down PRODUCTION of new plastics and USAGE of existing plastics (usage which recycling only further ENCOURAGES). This list of priorities is stupid. A true list of priorities should include things like STOP BUYING food and drink wrapped in plastic (and stop believing recycling makes it all "green" so you can continue buying plastic).

We must demand that all plastics be made from Hemp, sea weed or bamboo which all make 100% bio degradable plastics without any petroleum or vinyl chloride.

Gracious Good Day: Thank You first off for exposing this dirty little secret of industry. In the mid 1980's I had to rid my closets and drawers of any fabric that had more than 35% Polyester. Giving me the option of Cotton, Linen and other reed fabrics, as well as Rayon. Eventually by the turn of the century I could not tolerate any Polyester; as, the amount of allowable "recycled" materials used in the manufacturing was increased. Now I have to wonder if the dyes used also had something to do with my extreme reactions. I can testify that the severity of reactions increase with each contact. If I ignore the "warning signs", and progression, usually it is the third or fourth contact that becomes an emergency situation. Thanks again for spreading the word on this subject.
